  ZPEC Kaseum's high-end technology provides efficient services for Aksu oilfield

  

  On June 5, bridge plug setting job was carried out by ZPEC Kaseum achieved complete success in Ke 17-2 well of Aksu Oilfield, and won high praise from oil and gas companies and construction partners for its technical advantages of efficient construction, green environmental protection, stable performance, safety and reliability, and maintenance free.

  Before the operation, the construction personnel of ZPEC Kaseum actively communicated with the drilling team and the oil service logging team, fitted the tool buckle, and conducted the surface bridge plug setting test. On June 5, ZPEC Kaseum team arrived at the site of Ke 17-2 well for bridge plug operation. After the depth calibration operation, replacing the electric tool string for ground test without problems, the team assembled the pure electric setting tool and bridge plug tool to set the bridge plug. The setting depth was 2340 meters, and the tool string was lifted to the wellhead to confirm that the bridge plug was out of hand and the seal was checked without problems, thus completing the operation with high quality and efficiency.

  ZPEC Kaseum pure electric setting tool adopts modular structure, the core power unit is composed of 4 modules: battery, motor, transmission and tie rod module, and no gunpowder, no hydraulic system, the battery can directly generate a maximum of 40 tons of tension, setting downhole bridge plug, packer and other downhole tools, suitable for E-line, slickline, coiled tubing, multistage pumping perforation and other tasks. It can be used as downhole power unit to connect modules such as drilling, fishing, milling and crawler to achieve corresponding functions.
