On May 26, Sichuan ZPEC Kaseum Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. cooperated with Shaanxi Rip Petroleum Co., Ltd. to complete the multi-stage fracturing and perforation construction of well XX Ping 1 in Yanchang Oilfield, setting a new record for the multi-stage perforation construction of cable pumping bridge plug in China's domestic perforation and horizontal Wells.
The horizontal well has 6 perforation sections, and the formation pressure is high, so the construction is difficult and risky. The pump plug multistage perforation well has the deepest depth of 1849 meters, the deepest vertical depth of 925 meters, and the horizontal section of 731 meters. After receiving the construction task on May 25, the perforation team quickly organized the technical expert team to hold the technical analysis meeting of "one case for one layer" and "one case for one section" to design the construction plan carefully and refine each link of the construction. According to the characteristics of the well, such as ultra-deep and high pressure and long pumping distance, the corresponding measures and emergency plan are formulated to ensure the construction safety. During the construction, site personnel shall strictly follow the standard construction, strengthen node control, and reasonably reduce the pumping speed in key links. After three days and two nights, the perforation construction of the pump bridge plug was finally completed with high quality. The first success rate of well entry was 100%, and the perforation emissivity was 100%, which was highly recognized by Party A.
