The flywheel is a patent product specially designed for helping the tool entering the horizontal well section. At present, it has been widely used by many large oilfields and service companies in the world. It has the function of equal aperture perforation, cable signal passing, magnetic tool centering, tubing rotation, etc. to achieve the purpose of reducing resistance, supporting, suspending and centering. The using record kept in China is entering horizontal section with a high deviation of 86 degrees in Jidong Oilfield without assistance of external force (no drive) in 2016.
